Telemedicine Visits
United Surgical Associates of Kansas City now offers telemedicine visits for patients who do not wish to attend the office due to concerns over coronavirus and whose medical needs don’t require them to see a doctor in person.
What you can expect during the visit
A nurse will call you at the time of your visit. You will be asked to use any smart phone or computer with a webcam to click on the providers name listed at the bottom of this page. Once you click the link, you will be asked to enter your name and then will be placed in a waiting room. Once your provider is ready, they will enter the room and you will be able to communicate by voice and video chat.
Telemedicine visits are billed just like office visits.

Please remain patient if the nurse doesn’t call you at your exact appointment time, our doctor’s schedules can be thrown off due to time in surgery.
How Telemedicine Works
Telemedicine sessions are private and secure, and sessions are never stored. We adhere to HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements.
